Just had my rear wheels widened by WeldCraft. They did a really nice job. Using replica indy car Halibrand style wheels by Rocket racing wheels. Came in 18x6 but i want to run a 265/60-18 tire, so i had 3" added inboard.

YES, very nice indeed. How much did that work set you back, if I might ask?

It was $300 per wheel for the work. I spent $50 to ship, but they shipped back for only $25....so $375 per wheel.
I think i paid around $300 per wheel.....not what was planned...but looks pretty d@mn good!

Going to have the fronts done too - just need to decide on 1-1/2 or 2". Haven't decided between 225/60-18 and 235/65-18 tires. The 225 looks quite a bit narrower than the 235, which i prefer but the 235 is a little taller which is good too. No 225/65 available in a non-truck tire.

Do you know if they have to be a certain material to do this?

Aluminum vs Steel?

Forged vs Cast?
