Thought this might be something that could be incorporated into a Locost.

Guy named Yannick Sire built this twin engined hot rod called priapism. You can google it.

But one of the interesting things he did was make the windshield, roof and dash as one unit that is hinged at the front and tilts up for entry.

I was recently reading a few threads about roofs and this seems like something that could be done if planned ahead.

Just food for thought...

From someone who added a hard top to their car, I can highly recommend it. That one looks like a nice implementation. For various reasons, I chose to hinge mine from the roll bar I included a pneumatic assist like he did. Properly done, it can be either way IMO.
