Eastwood, hbf, northern tool or use hand tools. Hammers, slappers, leather shot filled bag, bits of wood, hand torch, maybe a stump, etc. Much easier and cheaper to use fiberglass and polyester resin but it takes planning and room for a smelly mess.

I told him, that we can get for around $250 a fiberglass one, and he answered that he would need three times that amount to make one.
So if somebody is interested in having a metal nose and has the money for it, there is your man.

B85, what thickness sheet metal did you use on that nose? .020"-.030"?
I will have to do the same thing with mine.
