You decide.

Car = Tiger Racing Z100
Engines = Two Kawasaki 1200cc bike engines
Drive = 4 wheel, one engine each axle
Chassis = some variant of Locost 7

Pretty impressive. And he did blow the engine after only 1 run. However Wikipedia has listed 30 production cars that are faster than that run.

I hardly put a Kit Car mfgr in the "production car" category even if it is fully built in their factory. **Z100 Models no longer Made** is what it says on their website.

Well it was way back in 2002...and he only blew one engine. So it doesn't need any newfangled fancy engine management for a limp-home mode.
