It's starting to screw up again

FYI - For the past several days it has periodically taken forever to reach the forum and when it does I've been kicked off and have to re-log in. Usually when it does that it means something worse is about to follow.

I've not been kicked off recently, but the long wait times are getting much more frequent and dramatically longer.

It only happens on this site so I know it's not my puter.

This is usually a precursor to major problems with the site or it going down.
