Good day. So it's time to send on the road (over 1000 km) to set up the car and drive around the track.
At the stand, I managed to remove 170hp from the engine. i.e. 100l.s. from 1 litre. (engine capacity 1.7 liters). These figures made me very happy.
After the stand, we took the car to the track. There I met a colleague (Shertkat), met and talked with the guys. It's great to speak the same language. The pilot of this device travels 1.02s. But he has more experience, and he bought it to participate in the RSKG.
I want to note that the event on the ring will take place a year ago, but it happened only this year. I planned the whole year, and purely by chance I looked at the calendar of the Red Ring competitions and saw that my trip coincides with the Time Attack competitions. Naturally, I decided to participate in them))I trained for only 2 days, in total 4 sessions of 15 minutes, and then the race. It is not surprising that my time coincided with the expected, BUT! but I became 3.7 seconds faster than 2 years ago and began to ride more stable. As a result of the race, I'm going 1.04 and 2nd place.
In general, I am very satisfied, I want more.
Conclusions have been made, the list of improvements is already being written. And new plans are being made.

Hi all. Haven't written for a long time. But the work did not stand still!
During this time, I managed to refine and improve something.
1. I installed the cam row in the box and put the gearbox with a gear ratio of 5.1.

2. I put a lot of new throttle inlet from a Honda SBR motorcycle.

3. Welded a new exhaust 4-2-1

I'm glad to see you're continuing to work on the car . The headers and exhaust look excellent and very professional. The paint looks good as well. Congratulations on the 1 second reduction in lap time.

Cheers,
