The intake stack cracked because there was a sharp edge at the joint between the tube and flange. Put a nice fillet or radius at the joint next time you print the stack and it should be fine. 50% infill would probably be fine; no need to print it solid.

The car sounds good! You might have the fastest VAZ-2105 on the road...

I think they burst from high frequency vibration at high engine speeds. I noticed this on the dino stand.

Lonnie, hi. This is not in the neighboring area about 1000 km from me.

Hi, Niko. To be honest, I didn't even make such measurements. All I can say is that I walk a quarter of a mile in 15 seconds.

Hello everyone, I haven't written in a long time. A year has passed, let's not say so successfully, it did not work out even once from the garage. In a nutshell, all because of the damn covid-19. Although I prepared very actively. I assembled a new motor, bought a bunch of tuning, but so far all this beauty is in the garage.
Below are some photos of the upgrades.
Image
I bought a homemade EGT sensor.
Image
This is how I installed it. I think he will help me in further tuning the motor..
Image
New cylinder head porting.
Image
Due to the new porting, I had to scan the cylinder head and design new pistons with a displacer.
Image
New pistons.
Image
Again boring and honing
Image
reassembled pistons and rods
Image
block in the car.
Image
Valve overlap setting.
Image
Voila.
Image
New long pipes.
Image
I decided to please myself, I bought a steering wheel. Year of release 76. Yes, he is older than me))))
Image
I also decided to put a quick-release steering wheel.

Nice work!

Hopefully, we'll all be back to something near "normal" in 2022.

Cheers,

And not only 1/4 mile, I also want to set a record on the ring. Now I am actively training in the simulator Assetto Corsa. I downloaded the track and the model of the car. Improving my driving skills.
And in the spring I will put other brake cylinders from Wilwood. 0.75" front, 0.625" rear.
