You haven't missed much Taylor, I just got the car onto the indoor build table a few weeks ago (and the mid-engine Beetle onto the outdoor one I built since we last talked). So far, it's on the table and strapped down, engine/trans/diff back in, front suspension back on, center tunnel laid out and first two tubes cut for that. I also did a thorough clean of the engine and trans and have been given a 2001 engine and trans (both of which may have issues to solve). The 94 stuff will go in since I have everything but it's possible I'll build up the '01 engine with ITB's/cams/etc in the future. Oh, and I ordered new wheels, Konig Rewind in 15x7. Lightweight, decent quality, and not too expensive. I'd thought about putting my 15x9 6UL's off my old track Miata on it, but decided it required too much mucking about in the rear chassis (or big spacers) to get them to fit. Plus they were wider than the fenders. Since this is just a street car, it'll get some decent 195/50 or 205/50 tires rather than the 225's. Sold my 6UL's for enough to buy these outright plus money left over.
