The aluminum Civic radiator works great in my car but it does need the fan every now and then. From the pictures it doesn't look like you have room for a 'sucker' fan. The Civic sucker fan bolts right on that radiator. A 'pusher' type is going to require separate mounts.

Whose fuel tank did you use? Was the pump part of the package, or did you fabricate it?

I have a return line to deal with too. Putting all the stuff + the filler cap on there is a nice solution - fewer holes in the tank to cause problems.

Cheers,

I don't see a way for a vent line. Maybe the gas cap is vented to the atmosphere?

It's a Holley sniper universal drop-in fuel cell pump in a jazz cell. I do need to get a vent for the tank. It was a raw tank with no holes in it

Some holley sniper pump kits have an integral vent but this is not one of them. Need to let air in for fuel to come out.

Also don't completely fill it to the neck so the fuel has somewhere to expand to. Don't want gas overflowing. That is why fillers directly mounted to tanks (like motorcycles) have an insert in the neck (stand pipe).

You can fit a roll-over valve then loop the hose up and down out the side. Cover the end with some window screen material if you have dirt dobbers in your area that could plug the vent.

Or add a carbon canister and then you don't have to put up with fuel odor.

A charcoal canister will not handle liquid, and is not a substitute for proper expansion room in the tank.
