Looking mighty good.
I do have one question. In the first photo I notice that the driveshaft yokes appear to be out of phase by ~180 degrees. Is there a reason for this?

I'm not following the question? Do you mean at the reverse gear box?

Take a driveshaft sitting on the floor with no u-joints in it. It has a yoke on each end. The 2 yokes should be in line with each other.

I understand, but this is how the production model was made by Aero cycle cars.

REAR WHEEL WELL, STEERING COLUMN AND DASH SUPPORT FRAMED IN.

After finishing the drive train, I moved on to the rear wheel well area, followed by the steering column and dash support framework. The cowl will be removable for easy access. Next I will be moving forward with the peddle assembly. But I need to make a modification to the throttle body linkage first.

MORGAN PEDAL ASSEMBLY COMING ALONG

I started working on the pedal assembly. The base is 8" x 11". as well as the backing plate. The master cylinder is a 72 VW Beetle. The clutch is a straight cable setup. The gas on the other hand is a rocker two cable setup, one on the top of the pedal, and one on the bottom of the pedal. This is in association with the linkage setup for my dual carbs.

PEDAL ASSEMBLY IS FINISHED

Today I finished the pedal assembly, And I happy with it. $40 or less, vs $300 -$400 for a store bought setup. I would rather make something, rather than buy it. unless there are other factors involved.

Ah, I think you will need some reinforcement of the vertical plate as it looks a bit flexible from here.
Seems it would put a lot of strain right at the weld.
Unless there is more attachment I am not seeing?

I agree, but I want to see if the brake ratio is too high before I weld in bracing

Customary brake pedal ratios are in the 6-7:1 range.

It appears the way your pedal is laid out you have a ~ 2:1 (or less) ratio?

I agree with Bent. The current brake pedal arrangement will appear to require quite a lot (and then some) of pedal force to be effective.

Looks like we are calling this one a learning experience...... :D

Besides the brake pedal, I'm going to be changing the gas pedal. I have decided to change out the carb setup from the duel stock carbs, to a 40mm DCOE Weber. I will be placing it between the head, with the air filter to the front. Giving it more of the Morgan 3 wheeler look.
