Um, I think i would make that low Torque.
Old 40 Hp VW's did okay on the street because they had enough torque to get rolling.
But chucking the steel body for a light fiberglass buggy type made them a LOT more fun to drive, with the same engine.
Weight, rust, and Gov. Org. are the enemies of automotive fun. :wink:
