You'd need a V8 bellhousing.

This is a full bellhousing, but more expensive.

Quick question.
I have purchased a NC 6-sp manual transmission, and I would like to find out, if I would go with an NB LSD, the driveshaft would match to that setup?
Another possibility, if I would go with an NC LSD diff. and NB rear uprights(for easier suspension setup), the half shafts would match(spline shafts), or I would need to use the NC uprights?

The NB and NC diff's are different. A driveshaft shop could build a custom shaft that works with the NC 6 spd and the NB LSD. If you get both an NB an and NC driveshaft, you may be able to piece it together yourself.

For the axles, the NB and NCs are different enough that you will need to match the uprights to the diff you use. Unless you want to go custom axle shafts than you can use whatever diff with whatever uprights, but that could get spendy.

I have purchased a 2007(NC) 6 speed manual transmission.
This trans would "work" RPM wise with an NB differential? It has to be an NB with 6 speed, or a 5 speed would be OK as well?
Both should be 4.1, right?
I'm also wondering about mounting the NC driveshaft, to the NB dif. There are 4 bolts, that mount to the flange, they use the same bolt pattern?
This wouldn't be a huge problem to modify, though.

Odds are, you're going to need a shortened/balanced driveshaft.
Assuming the NC trans & NB diff are ok together, I'd think you could do an NC/NB hybrid driveshaft that has the proper spline/flange on each respective end?

Most likely I will have to customize the driveshaft, but for now, I would like to buy the big components of the drivetrain, and I don't want to make more mistakes.
I'm also contemplating of using a whole NC rear sub frame, with diff and the whole setup. I was trying to avoid this, but I have read somewhere that I wouldn't save much weight by avoiding the factory sub frame. Also the NC rear suspension is much more complicated, to replicate all that by myself.
Ideally, I would like to use the NC diff and NA/NB rear uprights, but I don't know if the NC half shaft would fit to the NA/NB uprights. I would like to stay away from to much customization, for the future to be easier to service the car.
Here is a link to somebody, who did a build with the NC rear end:
