After realizing that the RX8 differentials have 4.4 and 4.7 ratios available island come with LSD's. I an trying to keep things simple and just use NB miata suspension or something easier to ballance front and rear. Can a 1.8 cv shafts be adapted to slide into the 27 spline Rx8 diff? I know the 1.8 cars have 31 spline shafts and are likely slimmer. Can an adapter be fitted easily?

Seems to me that having the same type of suspension front and rear is the less stressful way to go. But I really do want access to the cheaper RX8 Differential with it's good gearing and cheaper lsd availability.

How should I be approaching this design decision? Getting a complete Rear RX8 setup, and somehow match the front to that and mount the rear suspension arms to custom chassis points? Just stick with a single drivetrain donor for diff and rear hub and deal with the gearing I got, or maybe changing gears inside the NC 5 speed I am going to use.
