Gave up on the BOP V8 so now going with an MGB engine.
Seems new WC Camaro T5's are no longer available.
Merkur XR4Ti T9's are thin on the ground.
These are the trans adapters to MGB engines are available for.

Hoping to get OD for the Locost 442 but not interested in spending silly money for it.
Cash in hand for the right parts.
I am in No. Nevada so distance may be a factor.

Richard,
There's also a Nissan 5 speed option: http://sportscarcraftsmen.com/mgb-5-speed-conversion/#:~:text=The%20Nissan%205%20speed%20conversion,for%20extended%20periods%20of%20time.

And I'm guessing if you're handy with a milling machine, you could adapt just about anything. RX8 6 speed gearboxes are being used behind many different applications (and are typically cheap), as well as Miata gearboxes (Vitesse does a kit).
