Thanks for posting that one. It's a cool looking car, but that's a lot of money for something that doesn't run.

Cheers,

Damn! That front slip angle is way too large and the Ackerman is just a muddle.

I don't know if that's a nice price or crack pipe in its current condition, but it does stir the 'want' in me. If I was flush with time, money, and space, I could see adding that to my (imaginary) collection.

My first thought on seeing it (side shot): "That's kinda nice..."
Second thought, seeing the front: "That looks like a distended hoover."
Third thought (back shot): "Who designed this paintjob, a brass band conductor????!!!"

The lack of under-hood photos screams "Not going to run for a few years." :ack:

Drop the price to $6K and it might make sense?

Ad says there's no drivetrain installed. So yeah, there's a bit of work left to get it back on the road. I agree that the price seems a high to me, but the same could be said of many interesting enthusiast cars that were never sold in America.

I was thinking more along the lines of what the frame looks like, and if it's got suspension that looks right.

It's a Triumph Vitesse front suspension bolted and/or welded to a 35 year old British 'cottage industry' tube frame... What could possibly go wrong?
