With our move finalized, our new house will not have a garage, and I expect at least a year to 2 before I can get a small shop built.
Hate to let it go, but don't want it to just sit in the little attached shed until I can get the space to really get to work on it.
We're closing on the new house on 6/20 and moving the next day. If it doesn't sell by then, it'll get relegate to probably being hung from the ceiling in the shed.

Bought from a member here a little over a year ago, 4/10/21 according to my records.
Completely disassembled it & de-rusted the frame. Wire brush & Ospho.

Needs the RR suspensions pickups finished & rear LCA suspension attachments added.
Also needs all of the spot welds finished.

Frame is set up for a 13B rotary & had a non-functioning short block in it when I bought it. The short block is gone, but still have the dry sump bits that were on it.

Can provide the build log here, and a flash drive with multiple photos of the disassembly to assist in reassembly upon completing the frame.
Can also provide any requested measurements, as I'm not sure what size frame it is based around. I'm 6'0" 35" inseam & fit comfortably when the seats were in it. Also had no problem manipulating the pedals with Ariat boots on, so pretty ample foot space.
I have the Montgomery County TX assembled vehicle guide as well, which I assume would translate to most TX counties as well.

Parts List as I have it recorded:
Partial complete frame, needs the above completion.
Mazda RX7 5sp transmission, shortened driveshaft, LSD rear end & axles
Wilwood Dynalite brakes & calipers, brake/clutch pedal box & MCs, brake bias adjustment knob
Kirkey bucket seats
Sparco quick release steering wheel
Haltech E6k ECU, Haltuner AFR gauge
Innovate wideband
Racepak digital dash
Dynamic Suspension coilovers
Electric water pump
Radiator, oil cooler, electric rad fan
Dry sump parts: Pump & oil tank
Basset 15x10 wheels with user Hoosier tires
Manual steering rack
Fiberglass fenders & nose cone (nose is split lengthwise
Braille battery & battery box
5 point harnesses
2x 4gal fuel cells
Dual filter remote oil filter
Painless Performance fuse block
Misc fittings & small parts
Mazda 13B service manual (specific to the disassembly & reassembly)
Harbor freight engine stand with 13B adapter plate

Local pick up in N Houston, as-is.

$2000

Well, it sucks that it has to go, but certainly understandable.. Hope it finds a good home, and that you can come back to a build when you're settled in the new place... speaking of, congrats on the new place/ move

The move has been a stressful marathon that was bordering on being homeless (and having to rent or settle) as one point.
Working out in the end, but it was a lot of lost sleep over it.

That's A LOT of car for the money you're asking! Someone will be getting a tremendous head start on their project if they pick this up from you

I don't want to derail your sale, but we moved just a few years ago (our choice).. NO FUN

It was a very taxing time that stressed all of us.. It will be nice for you once the dust settles and you get some of your time (and sanity!) back.. I do not relish the thought of moving ever again; I've learned it's one of my least favorite things to do.

Hang in there- it will pass

Thanks, we'll be happy to put it behind us.

It'll be my 18th move in 35 years
3rd house since we've been married, all coincidentally in the same zip code.

I relate! This is my 36th move. Not sure I have any more left in me after this move. Thankfully, it is to an established home we already have (had been a 2nd home since 2003).

Good luck and hope you get settled quickly.

I feel your pain on the moves.

I'd totally buy this from if you were closer to South Carolina.

Sold, pending funds/transport.
Partially reassembled yesterday, back into 'almost roller' status.

Wife's already asking what the next project will be. With our limited 'garage' space at the new house, thinking about picking up a project bike.

SOLD!

Pending pickup

Plan to still stick around & live vicariously through you all.
May start a new thread if I pick up the project BMW boxer I have my eye on.

Sad to see it go, but looking forward to finding a new project.
Hope the new owner keeps the progress posted.

Congrats!

I ended up keeping & shipping my car. Guess I will have to get back to it this fall/winter. Too many things in front of it once I get back to Wisconsin.
