I posted this in my build log, asking for advice on value, etc. Figure I may as well just post it here too.
So.......been a while......
Unfortunately, although I got off to a good start with this project, life had other plans. Work, divorce, health issues, multiple surgeries, etc., took me in a different direction. I haven't been able to work on it in a long time. Now as much as I hate to admit defeat, I feel like it might be best to call it quits, and see if there's a good home for this to go to where it might get finished and enjoyed.
Since nothing about this build is "by the book", I'm not sure if anyone would like it, and I have no clue off hand what it all might be worth. So I figured I'd post a few pics and some details on here and see if you guys could give me a little guidance.
It's been so long since I started this thing, that I've honestly forgotten a lot of the details of what I did. Here's what I know.....
It's a rolling frame, with a 302 Windsor V8, T5 World Class 5 speed transmission, FX Stage 3 clutch. Rear end from 95 Mustang GT (same donor for engine and trans). I did a lot to the engine converting it from EFI to carb (I think there are more details in some previous posts.) Has a Road Demon 4 barrel carb, I think 650cfm. Aluminum heads and PFS Typhoon intake manifold. Everything is new (well, unused - since i bought it all about 6 years ago).
Frame is 1.25" square tube. Sparco racing seats and 4 point Sparco harnesses. Sparco steering wheel Wilwood pedal assembly including clutch master cylinder and dual brake master cylinders. 2 Borla S-type 5" round stainless mufflers (was going to do straight pipes on both sides. 14 circuit Kwikwire harness. Dual front vent 260 cfm heater. Front wheels: Drag DR-31 17x8 rims with General G-Max AS-03 225/45R17 tires. Rear wheels: Drag DR-31 18x9.5 rims with General G-Max AS-03 245/45R18 tires.
That's all I can think of right now, but more may come to me later.
