Thank you for your support.

We will have the new website up and running on March 15. I have tried to keep all of the articles and information from the current website and add a store so you can order right on the website. Shipping will be calculated and give you a total before ordering. Converting a 20+ year old website is more challenging than you might think.

Congratulations Jack, and Rayn.

Jack, gotta say, I’m a little sad to see you giving up the reins. You have been such an inspiration to me, and to the community. Your contributions to the forum have been unmatched.
I have always enjoyed doing business with you. Over the 18 years I have been involved in the Locost community I have seen many companies come and go.
You Sir, are a legend. All the best to you and your future adventures!

Rayn, you have big shoes to fill. All the best. Take good care of Kinetic Vehicles.

I am waiting on the domain transfer to be completed, I did not know it takes so long for this to happen.

Here is a lin kt to the new site, it just does not have the KV name yet. https://e6fed4-2d.myshopify.com/

Domain changes can be a nightmare. I owned and managed a fishing forum for a couple of years, everything was going great.
I bought the name, domain, and history files. Thought I had everything converted to my host, and all was running great for about 2 years. The original site owner terminated the domain name with his host and all of my files, data, and history disappeared. I worked with both hosting companies and couldn't recover the files.

It is all done and working now. Check it out and let me know what I missed and what you think should be there.

Just dipping in to say I just got an email stating that the website is up and to come take a look.. Looks great! It's been awhile since I've ordered parts through Kinetic as I simply haven't needed any for some time, but I'm starting a new project soon, and it's great to know the parts and expertise are still at Kinetic, same as ever

Congrats Ryan.. looking forward to placing an order or two with you soon 8)

**Jack, glad to hear that you're sticking around even after letting the company go.. I'm a big fan of your writing style and your sense of humor  ..Good health and happiness to you and your bride..

Congrats Jack and Ryan!! The new website looks great.

Maybe I missed it but will Kinetic still be offering the GAZ shocks? These will be one of the next purchased for my build...

Thanks,
Devin

Those LED headlights look pretty nice, I like how the lens maintains the classic look, rather than some strange pattern, or halos, etc. would they happen to have any DOT markings?

Indeed, I'll have to measure the lights in the Midget & see if these could be a budget-friendly upgrade option for the 'candles in a Mason jar' that she has now.

They do not have DOT markings, But I am sure you know that no LED Aftermarket headlight is DOT approved. The markings on them are just for show and none of them could provide you with a certificate if asked. DOT compliant is not the same as DOT approved.

I believe they are the standard 7" headlight, these should be a direct replacement.

Oh, I did not know that. I just double checked the (ugly IMO) Grote lights and indeed, they say 'DOT compliant' not 'approved'. Thanks for the heads up!

When do you expect customers can place order for nose and scuttles?

Luckily, my Midget is registered as an Antique & exempt from safety & emissions inspections, and get a 5yr registration for <$100

Excellent! Might be pursuing that once I get this no-start issue fixed.
