It's interesting. Had to find a safe way to download elsewhere. It looks familiar.
I don't think the goals are based on a clean sheet of paper.
Seems to be based on best use of existing designs, like a goal of 3-5 deg toe-in for bumpsteer. If you're going to have bumpsteer, I'd rather it be toe-in.
