get this so you have a 3 cycle engine it requires forced induction, it would have 2 cam actuated intake valves and the has a valve that opens when the piston is at BDC and the pressure from forced induction opens it to allow for the cyclinder to get new air so the cycles are. Compress then bang, open valves and insert boost pressure and open the exhaust so it cycles out the old stuff, and as it comes aroun it compresses again and boom.
it would probably like 3cyls and twin charging

GM's Detroit Diesel division already has patents on that.

Reminds me of when, at age 14, 25 years ago, I got the idea to put the TPI on the outboard sides of the V8, then a common exhaust manifold top center, dumping down whichever side of the bellhousing, great for turbocharging. Only GM already had patents on that too, now they are mass-producing same. The only reason for having the intake ports in the Vee is for a single carburetor. Switch to multi-port injection, that need goes away.
All the best ideas have already been taken.

Some really smart people have worked on ICE design for a long time.

It is not likely at all that one might come up with an original idea.

What is really cool is using modern technology to do something that was previously not practical or too complex.

How about 2 cylinders, 4 pistons, turbocharged, diesel, 2 stroke?

Even this is nothing truly new, though the single crank-shaft is uncommon in opposed piston designs. Look up the Junkers opposed piston aircraft engine or the Fairbanks-Morse opposed piston ship engine. AND if you really want to see a weird opposed piston engine design look up the Napier Deltic!

I've had the pleasure of working on a 10 cylinder 2 stroke MEP (Mean Efficient Power) which is a Fairbanks converted to burn natural gas that was coupled to a natural gas compressor. Crank on top, crank on the bottom, 20 pistons, vertical drive at the rear to tie the both together, with a blower.
I still wake up screaming at night on occasion dreaming of tearing down and rebuilding that engine (several times over 15 years).

This ought to send some down the rabbit hole: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yftg5Ip0YlA
I'm thoroughly happy to have never worked on one of those, though I would like to see one - preferably whilst running!

Like you said... Been done already... Cool idea, though. Ferrari liked it in 1967:

Others have also done that too. Without verifying (so I could be wrong) the BRM V16 engines and one variant of the Gurney-Weslake V8 come to mind as possibles. And going way back I seem to recall inner-V exhaust on some of the Cadillac flat-head V-12's and/or V-16's.

The Ford quad cam Indy motor also had a centre exhaust, though the intake ports were between the cams.

That may be the engine that I'm remembering and mislabeling as a Gurney-Westlake

And in regards to the BRM V16, here's two pics I took when I was at Donnington:
