Has anyone mounted a Video camera or a cell phone to the window of their locost? I would like to record some of my blats and I need a reliable, steady, mount to go on the inside of my windshield. Any low cost suggestions would be appreciated. Russ

When I autocross I usually have a gopro either on a suction cup somewhere or clamped to the roll bar using a cheap mount from Amazon. Another option is a dash cam of course. I use a Mini 0806 though it's on a 3d printed mount on my roll bar, since the windshield is meant to be replaced by a short deflector for autocross.

Russ, I can tell you the standard clip type or suction type will not work. If you are lucky, the phone is still in the car after a high "G" loading
You need something that has an actual clamp.
If your windshield side support is wide enough you can drill a couple holes in the side, then add a small attachment bracket. Bolt the phone mount to the bracket.
