How do I get one?

It is under the "profile" section of your "user control panel". Unfortunately, the profile section has been broken for about a year now. The last time it broke, it took a year or two to fix as I recall.

I started a thread nearly three years ago about it, and, well, here we are. I don't know if it's a lack of funds, interest, or the software company's inability to fix it. We've offered more than once to fund a proper fix and while it's politely declined, it doesn't get fixed either, so...
