It appears most were built with Koni shocks. This one (as well as one other I've found pics of) were built with Carrara shocks. I find it interesting as I have the same Carraras on on my FIS6. (fuel injected Spit 6 pronounced physics)
Updates... total rebuild of front suspension including powder coating and new calipers and rotors
New metal brake lines throughout. engine has new manifold and carb and is running. Gear shifter slop already fixed.
Cowl and windshield completely removed to ease wiring investigation and schematic drawing
firewall gutted and deck polished
pedal box and hydraulics all rebuilt/replaced.
