Locost 11 R1

Here is where the build logs go for non-traditional build logs. Mid-engine, three wheelers, you name it. If it's not your typical Locost it goes here.

Looks like a spaghetti recipe

EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I love spaghetti (and rewiring too).

Nice to see its just not me .

Starter the center switch plate mount.
Trimmed two tubes and will weld tomorrow.
Also installed the bike dash. Not sure I like it now ?

And their is the line lock/parking brake mount ?

Then back to planning the switch placement ?

That looks like a lot of fun.
I have to start from scratch, and I don't know anything about this stuff.

Trying to work out the master OFF switch ?
Going to make it a part of the front hood section ?
Keeps from putting holes in the bulk head. Maybe ?
Switch will be mounted to a plate under the hood and just a hole for the lever.

Also got the fuel filter mounted and the fuel pump.
Needed to play with the hose rutting . Not sure I like it ?
Going to make a plate to replace the fender washers. It looks funny.

As you can see I am putting all the wiring off as long as I can. LOL

I will start with the front and rear lights and work out from their. I think ?

Been thinking about the Master Power Cut-OFF switch.
What about putting it on the passenger side dash ?
Just don't want to ruie the body lines.

That's not a bad spot. I agree, putting it on the body ruins the lines. On the Toj-Jag I'm copying, it's just beside the dash on the drivers side, though I'm sure that spot was chosen due to regulations (within reach of the driver and outside the car).

That looks like fun. I am about to jump into that swamp real soon. I thought I had already made the Miata rat's nest a little neater and would fit neatly... didn't happen.
I like the wire labels, where do they come from?
