I emailed the guy re the molds for the fenders, it is indeed an interesting look and I suspect "rare" is an understatement. The price seems quite reasonable, considering how expensive it is to ship race cars all the way from France. Does anybody know how it finished at Le Mans?
The fenders look like a knockoff of those on the Donkervoort Nurburgring special. Given the roll bar, I seriously doubt it has ever been around a track.
Brand New (in original boxes) "BITUBO" Italian shocks and various springs. Shocks fit Kawasaki ZX-9 (x 2) in the 2000 year model range. I acquired these from a former distributor of the brand. "BITUBO" makes an excellent shock; I know, because I've been running one on my Honda 919 for five years (approx'ly 29K miles) and it still doesn't need rebuilding. Some have said these are Italian "Ohlins." FOUR way adjustable; Hi Speed / Low Speed Compression and Rebound dampening. 3" travel, but w/ bump stop, 2.5" effective travel. ...NEW CLOSE UP PIC's just added 3/15/14...
There may be a good chance that "Aftershocks," in Mt. View, still services these.
Maybe you're building a custom, or you're looking for a deal on a shock for a ZX-9 or a model like it. Or perhaps you're in the M/C suspension business, and could possibly make a profit on a deal such as this. ...These are 13 3/8" eye to eye... These may very well fit other models around the one mentioned as frame and suspension geometries were shared throughout other models, styles etc., with this brand. Many different springs in this package as well.
Orig. "List" value on just the shocks was about $8 - $900. each. Am asking $500.00 for the whole bunch, but will sell separately if you want just one.

Sweet steering rack. The seller says it was used non-powered on an off road racing vehicle (I messaged him). As far as I could dig into the specs, it seems like it might be too slow for a light street vehicle but maybe someone out there is interested. Also, I don't know much about these things!
OK I had to laugh. From another web group, they were talking about watches so I decided to check out eBay for Lotus watches. I found this one seller http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lotus-Racing-Ca ... 3a909ec76d who offered several styles. understand that these are cheap watches from Hong Kong. The faces are simply printed on photo paper. Not my interest. But the one that got me to laugh, was style "C" What do you guys think?
